Highlights from a Decade of INRC Research & Impacts: Grazing and Cover Crops

The Iowa Nutrient Research Center is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a seminar series highlighting outcomes and impacts from a decade of research. The series starts Sept. 14, 2022, and continues through May 10, 2023. Two presenters each month will discuss INRC-supported projects.

Focus on the Future continues for spring 2024 Iowa Nutrient Research Center seminar series

AMES, Iowa – A new Iowa Nutrient Research Center seminar series for spring 2024 continues its Focus on the Future with current and recent graduate students discussing studies they are involved in and some of their experiences as early career researchers. 

Each session will present two speakers and topics. The monthly hybrid presentations will take place Wednesdays, February 14, March 6, April 10 and May 8, from 3:10-4 p.m. The hybrid seminar series will be presented online and in-person at 1306 Elings Hall, 605 Bissell Road, on the Iowa State University campus.

Focus on the Future - INRC Spring 2024 Seminar Series - April

The Iowa Nutrient Research Center's Spring 2024 Seminar Series will Focus on the Future – Students & Their Contributions to Water Quality Research. Hybrid monthly sessions from 3:10-4:00 p.m. take place online and at 1306 Elings Hall on the Iowa State University campus.

Sessions feature current and former graduate students who are or have been involved with water quality research at Iowa State.

The spring 2025 Iowa Nutrient Research Center seminar series will showcase “Insights from Next Gen Water Researchers” with presentations by current and recent Iowa State University graduate students. They will discuss studies they are or have been involved in and how water quality research is helping inform their careers. The presentations will take place the second Wednesday of each month, Feb. 12, March 12, April 9 and May 14, from 3:10-4 p.m. The hybrid seminars will be presented online and in-person at 1306 Elings Hall, 605 Bissell Road, on the Iowa State campus. Register here to participate online.
