For the past seven years, Brandon and Raj have worked as part of a large transdisciplinary team to develop and deploy perennial groundcover systems for key crops in the upper Midwestern US. They have co-authored papers and proposals — some successfully, some not — and have developed approaches to working and managing in large team environments that they will share during their talk.
